WHO AM I ?

Balancing my spiritual and corporate life, I constantly ponder how I can be of service to the universe. I am a certified Zen Leadership Instructor and FEBI Coach, passionate about the FEBI energy patterns—how they show up in our lives and how we can develop more embodied fluency and ease across our own energy systems and in collaboration with others.

When I’m not immersed in all things IZL, I work as a project manager for an IT company in Tokyo, striving to create the most efficient processes and procedures that support high-quality service at Rakuten.

Currently, I am part of the IZL core strategic and operational team, as well as the IZL Board of Directors, where I focus on expanding and implementing IZL’s social media strategy to support Zen-inspired leadership across the world.
